For a McDonald’s so close to a city center, it was really nice! We got our food pretty quickly and the staff were so sweet while we were waiting. Obviously not like THE fastest service in the world but again when you’re so close to downtown, that’s to be expected.

I'm a senior, so I don't drive anymore. We went to the zoo & took the Tram on senior day. It was 4 of us seniors. We were hungry & ordered the daily Value meal of McDouble, fries, diet Coke, & Chicken McNuggets. The food was.very good & filling. I loved the Chicken McNuggets, plus I saved $4.50 on each order by buying the Daily Combo Meals, plus they gave us fast service.

Love the service! I ordered curbside pickup, and my pregnant wife used the bathroom and said it was really busy, but th bathroom was very clean. I didn't even get halfway through my 8-minute video, and my food arrived. First, the bag was so organized, and food was hot and fresh, and the gentleman was very polite about getting my attention in the vehicle too . I also put video of how quickly they were getting customers out

I wanted to leave this review to give a specific shoutout to, who I believe the manager, was today, July 21st around 11 AM. She had long box braids with an auburn/orangish color weaved in, but I did not catch her name. A man came into the restaurant screaming at an employee threatening to shoot a young lady - literally over a burger he didn’t like. I heard him raving in the entry way over the phone earlier, and it was obvious he was in the mood to start a fight with someone. He had no specific complaint, just was yelling “there’s something I don’t like about this burger, idk what it is” and nonsense like that. The manager deescalated the situation and got the man out of there quickly and avoided any serious altercation. This woman handled the situation with the upmost urgency and professionalism, and I guarantee she saved your company both legal fees and reputational harm. She deserves a raise and should be rewarded for the value she brings your establishment. You are very lucky to have her.

Decided to stop in here for a quick bite to eat while running errands. I ordered my meal through the McDonald's app but decided to sit inside to eat. My food was delivered to me hot and fresh despite the breakfast period being almost over. This was my first occasion to do dine inside since they remodeled the location. It's modern and vibrant inside. There were multiple tables occupied with diners. It was quiet enough inside even for the person on his laptop working.

i went here at 12am a few months back, i was leaving the haunted mound angels tour and the food was good. i mean its a mcdonalds its not gonna be the best food ever. service was fine, nobody was rude, just quick and simple. i've never been to michigan before so the vibes were normal. nothing bad. i don't really think its bad or good, just neutral :)
